Hi, I had my account suspended because I forgot to update my credit card after deactivating it. I updated the credit card payment but I can’t seem to figure out how to confirm a payment has been made or how to manually process the payment. I still have no service and looking for some assistance. Thank you.

you can make a manual payment on the the following page. Load enough funds and account should renew itself

hi @Younerd and the account shows suspended?
Try to enable Lost/Stolen on My Account. Logout, wait 5 mins and remove Lost/Stolen and see if that triggers the Pay and resume service button

Hello, thank you for your response. I tried incognito mode ~ no button to pay and resume and also no payment made in the payment history….. thank you

udually you still need to make a payment manually after updating the card
login again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser. See if there is a button Pay and Resume service. Click and pay
if no button, check account status and check payment history to see if a payment already made
