Just a curiosity question...
Anybody who is experiencing a suspended account today (August 19, 2017) when they shouldn't, was your number ported?
And, if so, from where?

I am also having the same issue. I'm a bit sleepless so I paid the amount due... Now realizing that this doesn't make sense at all! 

 

I'll message a moderator, but not sure what to do about the charge on my CC.

I am having the same issue today (August 19th). I ported from Telus a couple months ago, and my plan is not due auto-renew for another month or so.

Account suspended this morning,sent pm to mod 9:30am,resolved 12:30pm

Both mine and my wife's accounts have also been suspended, and the balance at $0. We paid 3 months up front one month ago

Get the same error . I am in the middle of the billing period. but system asked me to pay more money, but I already paied it in Jul 30 , for 30 days service. It's horrible!

yeah, same issue here. ported in from bell, contacted mod, still waiting. maybe we will get a sick promo? lol.

I am also having this issue I port mine from freedom 2 days ago all was good then I wake up this morning to the issue all of you are having. I pmd a mod and the kid team 4 hours ago and have heard nothing

Im glad to here im not the only person with this problem but its a really inconvienence since i use my phone for work. I refuse to pay again for it! They said it could take up to 48hr for a moderator to answer back! If anyone has an answer as to why it all happened please let us know

I'm pretty sure it's probably a bug in the plan itself. Because I'm finding that everyone who chose the 90 day pay 126 plan is affected.
