How do you actually submit a ticket to be able to talk to an agent?

Sounds like an Eversafe issue then. The direct link was already provided. Agents should be able to fix.

I can sign in just fine. That isn't the issue. 

@Amyr4 @TheSterlinger @hairbag1  I’m able to log into my account right now . No error message at all also in the maritimes here not sure if that makes any diffence though 

Looks like error with the system currently so wait until later and try again.

When you do, clear cache first. 

Have you successfully signed recently?

I just signed in without issues on the first try.

dunno if this is related but when I log in to my Public Mobile account, I've been getting an " Internal Server Error". This has been happening for at least an hour. It might be related to whatever is happening in your case too. Try again in an hour.

I am trying to submit a ticket and it keeps sending me a link. Once I click the link, it sends me to a login page. I login, even though I'm already logged in, then it does nothing. I get sent on the same loop of logging in and being offered a chatbot. For an hour now.

I have been trying to use the chatbot for over an hour. It is not working. It sends me to my login page, when im already logged in, then does nothing. It has sent me on a loop of logging in and offering me the chatbot for an hour.

I've already tried using the chat bot for over an hour. It just keeps sending me to my account login page. I login and it does nothing but offer the chat bot again.

PM is an online service so you can only do a CS_Agent. No verbal communication with an agent. Click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket or

best is to describe your problem here and we can direct you. If you don't have a Public Mobile account activated yet...use this link to start process of Customer Support as there is no traditional call center support with PM..
