I am trying to submit a ticket and it keeps sending me a link. Once I click the link, it sends me to a login page. I login, even though I'm already logged in, then it does nothing. I get sent on the same loop of logging in and being offered a chatbot...
I have been trying to use the chatbot for over an hour. It is not working. It sends me to my login page, when im already logged in, then does nothing. It has sent me on a loop of logging in and offering me the chatbot for an hour.
I've already tried using the chat bot for over an hour. It just keeps sending me to my account login page. I login and it does nothing but offer the chat bot again.
