I want to add the 20G fro $39 plan but my subscription just renewed yesterday. Will it prorate it or will it charge the full amount for my previous plan and the new plan for this month?

Change plan in 3 easy clicks

Once you find plan you want be sure to (change on renewal )So you don’t lose money on current cycle

Add take a screen shot of plan change just to be safe for proof for support something go wrong on renewal

Just use the option to change at the next renewal. Once "scheduled", even if the plan promo stops, they will honour it at the renewal. (if past practice is still valid)
