I accidentally subscribed to 2 different plans. How do I resolve this? Can I get a refund?

You cannot subscribe to two different plans on the same account
If you subscribed two plans on two accounts , you can try asking PM for help and maybe they can provide refund, but for sure they can help to cancel one of the two accounts
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
