Iv gotten to the point of activating plan ( credit card info settled). But when app asks me to sign in it just takes code and jumps back to sign in page. I’ve now paid for this but have NO number, activated sim, and completion. Please help

There must be a provisional issue with activating your SIM.

You need to contact a CS_Agent to help you fix the issue. Click on Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket or

@Tincan11  Have you tried rebooting the phone ? Try that if you haven’t already and see if that helps . If still same you can message support to help you finish the activation

so, you weren't able to login the app to pick phone number and complete the activation?
