My subscription ended without notice and my service stopped working. I have been trying to make a payment to restart it again so it can resume service but it gives me an error message saying that it cannot be processed at the moment, yet this is the same card where they have been making pre-authorized payments from. Help me please 🙂

You can dial 1-855-4PUBLIC and enable AutoPay but you will need your security PIN to enable. Members have noted that there was a glitch that disabled AutoPay.
Or just clear your cache and go incognito on your browser before login to your account.
If all fails, you can purchase a voucher and dial 611 and enter the voucher number without the need of a security PIN. Vouchers can be purchased from Shoppers Drugmart/711/London Drug/Shell while you contact a CS_Agent by private message to straighten this issue. Contact them at:

Autopay does fail. Try paying again, but clear your browser cache and open a new browser window in incognito.
