I have scheduled a subscription to be canceled and I need to cancel that. It's not my phone and I don't have access to the phone but I am paying for it. How do I cancel the disconnect?

@Candy1977 you mean make a payment? You could buy a Public Mobile Mobile voucher and top up yes. That's how I've been paying my account for a few months now. I buy them at Shell and load online.

how did you schedule the account to be deactivated ?

@Candy1977 , are you able to sign into the account? If so, once signed in, go to, Manage Subscription. It should give the option to stop it.
