Hello, I tried to accept the offer from public mobile website and it changed my cc as a new subscription.

i am an existing customer and I would like to reverse charge and keep the existing subscription.

i think you might need PM support agent to help to sort it out.  

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit  ticket by direct message:
