Your services are on hold due to the expiration of your subscription. I had a Canada/US account subscription are they not honoring those anymore?

If your subscription expired that means that your account is missing a payment. You would need to log into your Account to verify payment. If payment is required, click on resume subscription pay with credit card manually or get a voucher from a local gas station to pay and continue service.

just account on hold, that mean the payment didn't go through for renewal.

On the website they are offering the Can/US for $34 50gb. So it should be available to you.
