I tried to change my plan, money was taken out last month for both plans... this month the first plan payment came out again..
How do I get my money back?
How do I get my subscription and plan sorted ?
Please help! I'm inpatient and I kept clicking..

I made that mistake once. I didn't ask for a refund or credit. I press the button it was my mistake.
This time, I did renew it now, because my plan was almost out of minutes. Once again I click the button, but I wanted to this time.

good advise above, but rather than requesting refund, I suggest your request credit to your account for the additional money taken.
