If you unsubscribed less than 89 days ago, you can just go into your profile and resubscribe to the promotion you had. If there is a better one out there and it's for new customers only, it is up to the discretion of a CS Agent to change the plan. If your subscription is past 90 days, then your old promotion is now gone and you now qualify as a new customer and can take any plan you want.
