I’m on step 6 and won’t activate. Can’t go back and when I ask for support it just runs in circles

I can’t stress enough, if you selected esim, you have to go to your email and accept download it on to your phone. Mine said not activated and then went in to my email, downloaded it, and was automatically connected to the network.
