Hello. My son subscribed with you last month with the 23$ 6g for Québec. We wanted to test his subscription before changing myself and my wife's phone service over to public mobile. We are very impressed with the service and we're ready to switch over. We can't seem to fine the 23$ plan with 6g which is the one we really wanted. We noticed it is available for all other provinces but not Québec? Is there any way that we may have the same plan as our son? We would very much appreciate it because it was the reason why we wanted to switch to public mobile. Thank you so much.

Yes, the rates and plans that are available to clients at Public Mobile tend to change every so often. Check regularly because there might be the perfect plan for you and your wife. That being said, if you enroll now, you could always switch plans later as well.
What some people have noticed lately, is that it is rare that Public Mobile allows existing customers to downgrade their plan. So you might be better off waiting for the ideal low-rate plan before pouncing on the deal! Usually during black Friday, Public Mobile tends to have stellar rates!

My husband got that plan and he's been a Public Mobile client for years. They won't let me have it though. Grrrrrr!!!!!

We have been Public Mobile customers for years and my husband was able to get the 6 gb plan for $23 but I am not allowed to downgrade from 15 GB. It's not fair that only some people get some plans that should be available to all Public Mobile customers.

PM changes plan all the time. and yes, look like the $23 6GB plan is now gone from Quebec

The $23 plan should be available to everyone in Canada.
Just download the PM app and it should show for new members.
If you are an existing member, it not be available but check by login to your account under the Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription and you will see plans you are eligible to change to.

This offer for $23 for 6gb is avaliable for all new clients to public mobile in all provinces not just Québec.
