Yes, I have raised the issue via our channel too.  Waiting for their confirmation.

this seems to be wide-spread issue in the last 24hrs or so. Maybe Customer Support could use the ANNOUNCEMENT section to provide guidance to all who have activation troubles today.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
