When I log in, I can’t get past this screen (step 6?). Having a hard time with getting answers from the chatbot. How can I submit a ticket to get this resolved? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
