Phone is stuck on step 6 of 6. No one appears to be helping. Spent 40 mins on chat just to find out I need to post here.
What do I need to do to continue the process.

yup. on the public mobile app.
crapped out at step 6 of 6. only 1 button to click (Get Support).. .spent 40 mins on chat; just to be redirected back here to the community.

The chatbot is only for general questions and gives automated responses. No employees go into that to respond to customers.
