Im stuck on this page in a loop that constantly asks to log in. Is there a phone number to call? The app is stuck in this page and doesnt let me do anything else.
i tried to move the Koodo number over. My koodo sim card is in and still working. So i assume the number has not moved over to PM yet.

I did what Dunkman suggested; had requested a ticket to private message with Public mobile agent. I should mention that before I restarted the phone, the agent did a "refresh on the backend" in case there was a glitch, after I had explained the problems.
If you haven't received a Koodo text, it could be because you haven't ported your phone number over yet? You can use a temporary number from Public, and port later. Other people told me that if your Koodo account is prepaid, you might need a Public agent to port over the number to Public.

I just had the same issue. The agent told me to restart my phone, which solved everything.
First make sure you answer "yes" to the Koodo text confirming that you are leaving. You should also perhaps turn off the Koodo sim card, after it shows as inactive.

Unfortunately, there is no phone number to call.
Were you charged for your account? Did you activate a physical SIM card or an eSIM?
Several posts with difficulties with the app this weekend for new activations.
