Subscription expired after 'On hold' my account

Hello,

I recently made my account on hold, but it seems my account subscription expired already.

It should be staying as 'On hold' for 90 days I guess.

I tried to resume the service, but I need to pay now to do it without any rewards that I previously received ((Loyalty, Refer-a friend rewards, Auto pay). Am I lost all the rewards?

Do I need to pay for $25 without the rewards to resume my account? I'll get all the rewards after that?

If you did not pay for 90+ days your account is Closed! All rewards, loyalty, funds, etc. are lost forever.
in order to resume service with PM you have to open brand new account (new email, new SIM) and start from the scratch.

@Sage79  You won’t lose you rewards , but you will haven’t pay in full and the rewards will be added back with in 2 days usually
