Subscription cancel and Refund Request - Service not activated

Hi Public Mobile Support,

I would like to request the subscription cancelation and a full refund for my recent order. 

The reason for my request is that the SIM card has taken much longer than expected to arrive. Furthermore, after reading numerous reports regarding recent service issues and connectivity problems from other users, I have decided not to proceed with the activation and would like to stay with my current provider.

Since the SIM card has not been activated and no service has been used, I would appreciate it if you could cancel this order and refund the total amount (including the SIM card fee and the pre-paid monthly plan) back to my original credit card.
