Please always be directing customers to use the official ticketing system whenever possible.  I'm aware that there are some situations in which direct private messaging is required, but in this situation, the customer must first try using the chatbot to open a ticket.  Customers who send private message direclty to CS_Agent in the above manner are guaranteed to receive slower service, so let's keep that in mind.
