I already bought a public mobile sim card since yesterday I have been trying to buy a plan and activate my sim card but I received an error on both your website and app, I will appreciate it if you could please help me.

@Niusha1996 - is there a way to activate through the website again? I thought it was only available through the app now.

Double check you are entering the right sim card number with no spaces or try a different web browser then the one you are using and it should work

@Niusha1996 what was the. error you got and at which point you got the error?
Did you try activating using Incognito mode on a browser?
Also, you are using the same account as you login for @Niusha1996 to activate? and this account does not tie to any other PM account now and before, right?
Please give us more info
Also, if you got to payment card section already, confirm your CC if PM took the money yet. If so, please do not activate again and open ticket with PM support and ask them to further investigate:
