Thanks, Yummy…I wish PM would revamp things so that these glitches don’t occur…there seem to be an awful lot of them…and they make me nervous, especially when I get a Subscription Expired message! I appreciate your quick response.

@Griffyn1 If today is your renewal day and services are still working you can safely ignore this message . The system just hasn’t fully updated yet if you check again by lunch time that error message should be gone

Sometimes PM does send or displays incorrect messages. Best way is to check your account and service and if everything works as expected ignore them.

Sorry, I don’t know how to edit my own post. I just checked my husband’s account. It uses the exact same card with the same expiration date. He didn’t get a message saying that his subscription has expired.
