Hi,
I have change my subscription plan before renewal but it didn't change on renewal date.
Please let me know how what can I do. I have check my payment history it was showing older plan charges. @Moderator

If you changed it and have proof you changed it, you can reach out to a CS Agent to find out why it didn't change.

EDITED : I thought I clicked on The Lounge. LOL. OK. No more coffee today!!
