I subscribed to a new plan and it was supposed to start today. I got charged for the new plan this morning, but now my account says my subscription has expired. I can't call or receive texts. Please help.

I got help from an agent. Apparently the automatic payment didn't go through, so I had to do it manually.

Did you restart your phone? If that doesn't help you can reset the Network.
