I have a sim and a 40$ voucher how do I activate my account I don't have a debit that is active

@Shad93 it has been confirmed that you can activate an account with a voucher if you don't have a credit card.
To do so, you would have to create a ticket through the chatbot and ask a Customer Service Agent to do it manually for you.
The agent might not be aware of this and tell you no, but they can so if they say no, ask to escalate to a manager.

you cannot activate by voucher, you have to use credit card or prepaid credit card or visa debit
if you want to get a prepaid credit card, get one from Shoppers or London Drugs and use it to activate
