What is your current plan? From what I heard it usually gives you option to similar price or higher, but doesn’t show you a plan that’s lower than your current pricing. I might be wrong but…
if you are a new customer, you should be able to see the entire menu of plans available to you. Download the app to your cell to create an account and you can see the plans available.
