I'm sure you already know, but be sure you're not using a vpn. Sometimes that can causing hanging issues.

are you existing subscriber changing plan? or are you new customer trying to join?
if you are new customer, try using a different email address to join
But if you are an existing customer trying to upgrade the plan, please open ticket with PM.
Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:

Thanks I did try different browsers including private, tried on an iPhone along with android...still getting stuck at loading...tha k you thou

@Talon2 Try using new browser window or use incognito mode private mode . If using the app can also delete app and reinstall it and try again see if that helps
