If it's only been 3 days, no need to contact a CS Agent. You can do it yourself by logging in and just making a payment. The only reason you'd need to reach out to a CS Agent is if you can't log into your account. 

You can also go to a place like Shoppers Drug Mart and purchase a voucher. With a voucher, you can dial 611 on your phone and add it to your account and start the plan again and keep your number.

you should ask your friend to help to call 1855-4PUBLIC  to get a quick look at your situation

how long it got suspended? check if the account still here.  Call 1855-4PUBLIC using another phone, enter the phone number.  If the system cannot find the account, then the account suspended too long (over 90 days) and cannot be resumed (unless PM willing to help)

check first and let us know

@Joriel13  In your account website or app make manual payment and resume service . Can also buy payment voucher from shoppers drug mart and load the funds *611 from your phone to resume service right away also

If more than 90 days, your account is permanently closed.  The number is usually returned to the original carrier. You are unable to use the same physical SIM card.  You will need to purchase a new SIM card. 

If less than 90 days, you should be able to access your account and load up funds to restart your plan. Just log into your account and make a payment.
