How do you summit a ticket. My plan does not show it upgraded like it should have on the 16th. How do I find out why? The message on my plan says it will upgrade on July 16, 2022. Help

You should receive SMS from 611 in either case - renewal/no renewal.
It could be PM is late with processing.
Do you have service? What your account says? Is it active?

Hi @shaun3 when did you submit the Change Plan Request? Was that before Jun 16? and did you click Change in the next billing date ?
you can try to talk to CS Agent to see if anything they can do at this point.
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

It is possible that the plan upgrade was not submitted in time to happen on this past renewal and will take place on the next renewal.

It's not a problem ----> you most likely have check marked the "change at next renewal date" . Your upgraded plan will renew at the next renewal date (on July 16, 2022.).
