Stuck in activation

I am part way through activation but I can't finish. When I click resume activation I am redirected to another page but then logged out. My account seems to exist at myaccount.publicmobile.ca but not when I'm redirected to eversafe

I haven't used public mobile before. I was able to reset my eversafe password but immediately can't log back in. I submitted a ticket using the link provided from another response.

That is where I got stuck initially. I was in step 6 and it said subscription not activated. I click get support, then contact us, then subscribing and it says to sign in to submit a ticket. I'm redirected to a web page which is the eversafe login which doesn't recognize my email address and password.

Do you have another account with PM or a previous member using the same email address?

Try using a different email address.

for activation of new account, you need to do so using the PM app on your cell.
