I activated my service Tuesday night but in a limbo with my EversafeID - it says to reset my pw and a new one will generate, however, I CANNOT RECEIVE calls and texts, can only MAKE THEM
How am I supposed to resolve this since I cannot receive calls or texts?

it is the porting not done and hence you are not receiving text and cannot login. Put the login aside first and let's get the porting completed. I will send you a number to call the Poring support team, they will fix it for you. Please check your Community inbox
