I entered the wrong email while buying their stream+ offer with koodo, what should i do?

I did that yesterday and set up an appointment for today and they never called me.

Unfortunately i cannot log in with the wrong email. When i submitted the payment, they said they would send an email to me in order to get the services set up

can you login with the wrong email? if you can login, you can update it there
if you cannot login, you will need to work with Koodo support agent on that. It is an offer for PM subscribers, but it is on Koodo system and PM support agent cannot help
