The PM self-serve My Account website was down for most of Thursday due to a system outage.
Unfortunately, the website appears to be undergoing more maintenance work at the moment, which is why you can’t sign in.
No one is ignoring you or intentionally deleting your posts. PM customers on the Community forum do not have the ability to delete another user’s posts.
If you need help with something, please describe the exact problem you’re experiencing. I’m sure one of the more knowledgeable PM users on here would be glad to offer their assistance.
If your problem is accessing the My Account website, then you will need to wait until the maintenance work is completed by PM. There’s nothing else you can do aside from waiting.
