Stop Subscription

I will be away from Canda for one month. Can I stop the subscription for one month with my current number reserved?

sure can...just log in to your account and disable Subscribed. You next renewal won't be successful and your account will Suspend until you get back and reverse those steps and Resume service.

login My Account and stop Autopay.  Go to Payment, Manage Subscription and turn off Subscribed.  

remember to make a manual payment when you are back and remember to turn it back on
