My bank account was charged from public mobile but the phone linked to the account is still not active says no payment was made so where the hell did my money go ????

You should also contact moderator with your issue. Did you also try the lost phone trick also?

Yeah my account shows the 4$ in rewards I have plus the 1$ I topped up to try that method of restarting the process and my boyfriends account shows his rewards that’s it I checked the payment history on both accounts and the payment isn’t there so I have no idea where it went I’m going to the bank tomorrow to see if they can cancel that charge

The issue is there were 2 phones linked to my bank both on auto pay I did not top up the account as soon as I deposited the money into my bank it was gone I have checked both phones and neither are active I plan on canceling the autopay as it never seems to work right

@Morgan321 it's been stolen, clearly. Public Mobile staff bought some booze with it and are throwing a party at their office as we speak.
