Still waiting for sim card for 30 days

Hi, 

 

I have made an order of the sim card on Nov 7th, 2016. Two days after, I received a shipment comfirmation email with order number attached to it.

 

I understood their large volume of orders due to their new promo plan so I waited 2 weeks patiently.

 

As I was waiting, I wanted to check the status of my shipement but I coulnd't find way to how. I sent several emails and DM to their staff members providing my order number

 

Nine days after I sent message, which was Nov 29th, finally received a reply from one of their community specialist saying they need to confirm my address so they can send another sim card in case of the sim card got sent to the wrong address or was returned by Canada Post.

They had the correct address of mine so I sent them confirmation email immediatly.

 

I am waiting another week since then, but still not recieving any response and my confirmation message is showing as unread.

 

I wish I could reach them by a phone but it seems like they don't do telephone inquiry.

Any solution to this issue?

Options:

 

a) order another SIM directly yourself; be sure address/postal code correct (if near Mississauga private message me, I have a spare)

 

b) continue waiting

 

Don't worry about getting the promo as long as you have "proof" you ordered before Nov 16;

It shouldn't take that long. I suggest to save the sim order# and go ahead and place another order. When you get the sim, private message one of the mod with both sim orders and hopefully, they refund you and honor you that promo.
