Still having porting problems!!!!

I signed in with PM back on Nov 18 & 19 (2 numbers).  Till today, both my numbers have not been ported.  The message I received is as follows:

Your Old service provider rejected your transfer request.  Common mistakes:

-Account number does not match Old Service Provider Records

-Equipment Serial Number does not match Old Service Provider Records

-Security PIN doesn't match Old Service Provider Records

-Alternate Contact Number Format (should be 10-digits, no spaces, no dashes)

-Did not check the "I am authorized ..." checkbox

 

Please review and correct your entries, and click "Submit"

 

However, PM system is not allowing me to re-enter the above information, when I enter my old number and click on "Check Eligibility", the following message appears:

"We are experiencing difficulties processing this request.  Please contact Public Mobile for additional assistance."

 

I have been patently waiting, but it's been over 3 weeks!!!!!

I have the old service provider Account# available.  Can someone please contact me.

Please help!!!!!

Tagging them will make them aware of this forum post as posted above. If you send them a private message (PM) it will enter into a queue to be addressed by the mod team. You can PM one mod and it will enter a message pool to be addressed by any of the mods.

hey @Olguita if you type @, a dropdown will show up and u can pick from users that are in this thread... or just keep typing and it will suggest user from full user base.

Have you tried PMing the mods to see if their technical team can assist you?
