Hi everyone,
I recently switched to Public Mobile and activated my plan, but my iPhone (iPhone 13) is still stuck on “Verifying” under iMessage and FaceTime settings. I’ve already:
It’s still not working, and I’m not sure what else to try. Can someone from the team or community help me out with this? Do I need to change something in my account settings or subscription?

It's aN Apple iMessage registration issue. Reset network settings first and try the trick about removing phone number and readd. But readd after an15 mins wait after removal

Apple usually needs 24 hours to verify the number.

Hi again!
Yes, I am receiving phone calls now — so it seems the port from Rogers is complete. However, iMessage is still stuck on “Verifying.”
I followed the steps to remove my phone number from Settings, rebooted the phone, and re-added it manually, but unfortunately nothing has changed.
Any other suggestions? Thanks so much again for your help!

Trying logging out of your Apple ID and back in again after confirming the other things mentioned.

are you getting inbound calls? if not, the port from old carrier is not completed yet, wait until that is done before you work on iMessage
what you need to do is to go to Settings and remove your phone number. Then reboot the phone and manually put the phone number back to re-register iMessage. It might still take long, but please wait for the registration to complete
