Hi there, I recently changed my plan for another carrier for a month so I could have unlimited data -
When I came back I had to start from scratch and basically became a new customer with all my referrals and history of add ons gone!
Any thoughts around pausing your account for 30 days? This would be super helpful

Sorry I didn't see your response, if you already ported yes too late
It's best to come to community before you make such big changes and ask for suggestions before.
If you did charge your mind and have just ported out in not sure if there is anything you can do, you could contact moderators and tell them you made a mistake. I'm not sure if it's gonna work. If you really want it you could give it a try

How much do you get in rewards?
Is your service free is you go down to $15.
If yes
You could just downgrade forward all your calls to be number and take out the simasim. Buy the other service sim and use it. Put your sim back when you are done with the temporary one then login to your account and chose the plan that pm offers and suits you best.
If not.
Duct pay for your service, you have 90 days to cover back
If yes but you want to keep the plan that pm doesn't offer, then proceed as if not

@kschnare Great idea provided you don't mind using a different phone number while you make up your mind. Though, 90 days max as noted already.

Thats right - I ported my phone number - if there was an option to forward my phone calls using this paused account I'd have done that

You can suspend your account for up to 90 days.
If you miss a payment due date, your account will be put into a suspended state, meaning you will be unable to use your phone services. You will have up to 90 days to make a payment, and after doing so your payment cycle with restart and your service will resume. After 90 days, suspended accounts are permanently deactivated, which means you will:

@kschnare , you could definitely "pause" the service for up to 90 days without losing the account. I assume you ported your number which closes the account immediately.
