some had the same issue, and look like you need PM agent to help and fix the issue on the system
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")

Alot of people have complained that there automatic payments do fail from time to time. Have you signed into your account and verified that your last payment was debited successfully?
If it didn't, you would need to make a payment to resume your services.
