Cannot login to the website/portal. When trying to reset password, I get:

Are you trying to create a self serve account? Or this an old account and the password stopped working?

New customer or old?
Were you able to sign in before to your self service account?
Did you sign up in store or at home?
Is it possible that you used another email address to sign up?

Try resting password use sim for authentication
If that didn't work you will have to contact moderators at https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
Did you activate in a store?
