Hello,
I have the issue of making phone calls, but txt messages are working fine. When I make phone call within Canada, but I got "Sorry, we cannot complete your call, you do not have the required long distance add on".
if any one can help me with this.

Thanks for reporting back. Maybe turn off roaming and also set it to Telus etc only and not auto.

Thank you, everyone, I think it's the border issue. I went to Niagara Falls with the phone and it stopped working on the way I came back to GTA. it starts working on next morning again without doing anything.

Which plan are you on? In your self service account, is your account status active or suspended? Are you able to recieve calls?

Even it’s provicial plan.i called the number in my area in Toronto

@gonglina, when you look at your plan in self serve portal, does it show Canada Wide (as the calling plan)? Any chance you selected a provincial plan, and are trying to call outside your province?

You can try putting 1 in front of the number, and if that doesn't work, try rebooting the phone.
If there's still no joy, send a PM to the moderators, they should be able to sort it out for you. Sorry that this is happening, that's got to be frustrating.
