I opened an account for my son last week at Walmart. I have subequently tried to go into the account to make some changes and the system is not allowing me to access the account and instead brings up the message "sorry, we're unable to verify your email address". I have the mobile online activation form which has the account # and confirms the email address which I have tried. How do i rectify this? Thanks.

When they set up the account for you did they actually create your self serve account? They do not necessarily have to do that. Go to the sign in page again and click create account and try that method.
