Okay so I was trying to subscribe and it said the payment was processed then it says there’s an issue/error with the page loading please go back to the login and then I had to go to the homepage because the login page was having an error also

You can’t activate your SIM online like in the old days. You need to download the PM app on your phone to complete the activation.

So go to the App Store on your iPhone or the Play Store on your android phone and download the Public Mobile app.

@Dragon_slayer  Are you using the PM app or the website?  The app is required to complete activation.
