Sons calls getting sent to voicemail but not blocked

Hello my son is with Lucky Mobile up until the other day he could call all of a sudden he cant anymore the call rings once and goes straight to voicemail like its blocked or the phone is on DND other callers work. I had a tech at Bestbuy check out the phone my sons number has not been blocked on the device and there are no other issues on the device. He said he has had this issue with Public Mobile before and it's on your end. My son can still call me if he blocks his called ID. Edit I can send and recieve texts from him.

So, let me see if I have this straight.

• Your son was with Lucky, now he is with Public Mobile?
• And you are also with Public Mobile?
• And your son's PM phone number, goes to YOUR PM voicemail?

Is that all correct?

Try powering off both devices for a few minutes, then turn on.

If changing the SIM into another phone corrects the issue, reset network settings on the phone having the issue.

another option to try is put your sim in a different phone and have him call you. if it goes through its an issue with your phone setting.

 @Russellb : Is he a contact in your contacts? If so maybe delete it and try again. If it works then re-add the contact and try again.
