If I finish this 3 months will the porting process stop? And the line go back to Rogers and I can start all over again??

Once your number is successfully ported to PM, it stays there, it does not revert back to Rogers.  The only time it may change after being ported is if you let your account lapse for more than 90 days in which case the number could be lost.
