I'm getting a contradictory information about the subj. , while reading these forums.

I personally would wait until PM would confirm the account suspension issue is linked to bundles only or the support backlog isn't bananas any longer. One or the other, fine, but a risk of problems with no hope of quick support? No thanks.

@MVP I don't know that it's been 100% determined, but it's looking like most/all of the folks that had problems with their accounts gettings suspended may have used the bundle add-ons. Again, this is not a guarantee either way, but some anecdotal evidence in the community is suggesting this. So, while the bundles are cheaper, I'd probably recommend you consider purchasing the service(s) separately until we hear otherwise (or use an alternative like Roam Mobility).
I personally used just the texting add-on from PM for a recent trip to the US (with the other services provided by Roam Mobility--one benefit of a dual SIM phone!).
Regardless of what option(s) you choose, individual, multiple, or bundle, you may still need to manually select either the T-Mobile or AT&T network once you're in the US.

Or are you saying that bying a pack is less reliable wrt
buying individual roaming plans (as in voice/text/data separately)?

yeah most complaints as you probably already read were from people either not knowinbg which US carrier to choose or account showing "expired" after the add-on came to an end....
persoanlly, to avoid issues, i would probably add some "extra" funds to your account as a few did... something like 20.00 or so... it will stay as credit anyways if not used....
1 thing you are correct: PM should probably update the roaming status saying, if it is bug-free now or not...

yes - they are working perfectly
there are cases reported that after buying US Roaming Package, some thing went wrong with the plan renewal date(see the link http://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Discussions/Multiple-threads-on-Issue-quot-Plan-Expire...)
However MOD team is resolving them asap
rest all looks - all is well
