Did you ever receive a port successful text from Public Mobile?
If not, then your port is still in process. This could explain why you are experiencing issues.

He says the calls are coming in, so the port has completed. Is it possible it is a hardware issue with the phone, whether your end, or the other party's?

that mean you did not completely port your number? how long has been ported? if long time, it is better to contact one of mod for the issue. it should not takes long to fix it.

@Denwong if port just happened sometimes it takes a bit to complete. Usually try power cycling phone first.
